PRIMACY FEE
The Primacy Fee is an annual user fee paid by the customers of Missouri's community public water supply systems and provides support for the Department of Natural Resources' efforts to ensure Missourians are provided water that is safe to drink. The public water system is required to collect this fee from the customers for remittance to DNR.
We will begin our ANNUAL FLUSHING PROGRAM. You may experience periods of reduced water pressure during our business hours of 8am - 4pm. Sign up at PWSD2JO.COM for alerts via text & email to be informed when we are flushing. Although we cannot specify which days may affect you, we do appreciate your patience during this time.
